I've requested that the device just get polled once as well (about a year ago, as well as on the survey that alot of us took, that we never heard back about).

Also, I've requested that the same device does not get counted twice against your license if it appears on multiple maps. Not sure if that has been corrected either, so keep an eye on that too (unless you have an unlimited device license).
