Initially, just RMCP+ (IPMI 2.0)

It will probably be a built-in UDP probe, since there is encryption/
authentication involved.

In-band only -- running over UDP to port 623. If your device has
specific VLAN restrictions, it's likely we won't work without some
help from your environment.
