I am wondering if there is a way to make timed acknowledgment the default instead of basic. We have a high volume of clientele that is often working on their servers, setting the probe to alarm, but they would like to know if the probe we are monitoring remains down for more than an hour.
Is this possible? Is there a feature request we can submit to make it an option?
