Thanks for the advice. I know we can also choose the timed acknowledgment from the drop-down, but I am trying to make it impossible for my workers to hit the basic acknowledgment button (since it is easy) and then forget about the downed probe - only to have a client call me in an unhappy mood when they realize it has been down for 15 minutes before they noticed.
