Assuming they are *nix servers, you should be able to use rsync (or script scp or something similar) to keep the two Intermapper_Settings/Maps directories synced with each other.
I've never tried automating it, but I have manually copied maps from a running server to one that we were going to be upgrading to. YMMV.
