I've never tried it, but from what I gather, you need cygwin or
mingw/msys. I ran across this, which has some common ones already

Okay, now I've tried them. Some work, some don't. check_ping gives an
error, both from the command prompt and within InterMapper, saying it
can't interpret the results of the ping command. check_load works
returns all zeroes, which makes sense, as the idea of a Unix load
average doesn't translate well to Windows. check_disk, on the other
hand, appears to work.
