Paul,

Here's how you server the MIB Viewer builder files from the built-in
InterMapper web server:

1) Download the zip archive and expand it to make the "MIB Viewer Probe
Builder" folder. It's at:
http://download.intermapper.com/thirdparty/MIB_Viewer_Probe_Builder.zip

2) Copy these files to the top-level InterMapper Settings/Web Pages folder:
MIBViewerBuilder.html MIB Viewer ReadMe.txt FileViewer.html

3) Copy all the files from the ~image folder to the InterMapper Settings/Web
Pages/~GuestImages folder

4) Open the InterMapper Settings, and click Web Server. Click the button to
stop and then start the web server.

5) From that same window, click the blue link, then change path of the URL in
the browser to:

.../MIBViewerBuilder.html

Please get back to me if you have further questions. Thanks.

PS We realize that this installation process is much too fussy for general
consumption. We're thinking about building this into a future version of
InterMapper. So we solicit your ideas for how to use/incorporate this tool.

PPS If you change the URL to .../FileViewer.html, you can see the file export
facility.

Running the new probe builder directly from file works fine but when I try to
run it from with the Intermapper HTML server It doesn't function. I get one
"pasteimage.png" on the page and the "Create the Probe" button doesn't function.

I can load new probes manually but it would be nice if the "Load Probe" button
would show up.

Any ideas?

Running Intermapper 5.5.1 on MacOS 10.5.8 (PPC)

Thanks ahead..
