using the URL "http://202.128.31.223/.../MIBViewerBuilder.html" returns
Unknown MIME type for extension ".". Cannot display file "...".
However using "http://202.128.31.223/../MIBViewerBuilder.html" or
"http://202.128.31.223/MIBViewerBuilder.html" works but is broken as I
described before. There must be something silly I'm missing here.
