My mistake. I hadn't included the mimetypes file in the zip archive, so some files weren't loading properly.
I append the announcement with links to updated versions. You should replace all the files as there have been minor updates in other places. Read the ReadMe.txt file for full details. We now have a new tool that creates a "MIB Viewer" probe that displays all the scalar and table variables of a single MIB. The tool is a web page.
