mysqli, tidy and sqlite are _new_ extensions. At least from the perspective
of PHP's user.

IMHO RC1 was rushed. As some other releases before it. I would say PHP's
developers should be alarmed by the global tone of comments that appeared
on slashdot after RC1 was released.
