least three RCs between now and then.

I think 3 RCs is a bit much. I doubt we need more than 1-2 more RCs. I'd like to release another RC within about a weeks time which include some Zend engine bug fixes we are working on.
July 17th is fine with me although with all of the new features people want to work on, I'm not sure we need that much time. Especially if we make an extra effort in June to address as many bugs as possible.

I agree. I think that earlier in July would be better, so that we don't have to wait too much longer before we branch 5.1. Maybe July 4? :)
