I would suggest putting the file in the root directory of the FTP. I don't
think it is possible to put a visible file when the dir is market no-view.

Something like:


READ_CUSTOMER_INSTRUCTIONS.txt

This would tell the customer how to move down to the next level. It would
also contain general info about how to get into DISTRIB. It is somewhat
counterintutuive to have to go into CUSTOMER/DISTRIB/ to download a new
distribution. This small change would limit support calls. (Two from me. One
to get the password and another to ask where the hell the DISTRIB dir
went!.) I understand the need to suppress the dir structure. I always
thought it was rather generous of ISC to expose all of its major customers
in a  FTP site.
