Since recently /customers directory is not browsable, just go to your own
directory, it is
still there.
It would be helpful if ISC would add a readme.txt file to explain this so when I come back in a year and have forgotten, the info would be there.
I'm not sure it is possible to make some particular file visible at the ftp-directory for which listing was disabled. You either see all files/directory there, or don't see.
Though I could missed some strange FTP-daemon which may allow such per file exception.
