For those who are used to point and click in FTP (like me), that means you
need to manually enter your directory name or "distrib". It would be helpful
if ISC would add a readme.txt file to explain this so when I come back in a
year and have forgotten, the info would be there.

What you see after you click on "customers":

/customers/

Add the word "distrib" and press return

/customers/distrib

you then see:

and can get into the Cache dir to get the required distribution.
