The /fault signal is an output. You definitely DON'T want to connect it to
the power supply.
You then need to set /enable, /sleep, M0 and M1 to the desired values by
either connecting them directly to 3.3V or GND or by connecting them to an
I/O pin on the IOIO and controlling them in software.
