I bought an OTG board from SparkFun and was going through their tutorials when my board became damaged. I believe it may have happened when I connected a buzzer element backwards (see attached screenshot). Though I'm not sure if that would have caused the damage, but the symptom is that I can no longer control the stat LED on the board. One interesting bit of information: I downloaded the IOIO Hardware Tester app, and if I plug the board into my phone while the app is running, it will show as Connected and I'm able to toggle the LED using the button in the app. However, as soon as I leave the app and try to toggle the LED with the HelloIOIO app, it does not work (it used to work before the damage). If I then go back to the tester app, it will show as Not Connected, I have to unplug the USB and plug it back in order to show Connected again. Please, any suggestions would be appreciated.
