You should be able to upgrade to v5. You cannot upgrade over Bluetooth,
only USB, and you'll need an Android version < 4.2.2 with IOIO manager
installed on it.
Keep in mind that the IOIO mint is not ideal over USB because of its small
battery that would not be able to keep an Android charging for very long.
