That's good to know, maybe I will try it. Very inconvenient to work with down-level firmware. I measured the battery voltage being supplied to the IOIO board in the Mint today and it was only about 4.5V. According to the 'getting to know' documentation "Voltage between 5V-15V should be supplied".
