As I said: I would connect Vmotor of the L293 to Vin, Possibly also the servos. The V+ of the L293 and the range finder should stay on the 5V. Pin 8 cannot do PWM. While you can PWM the enable pin and use the other two for direction only, you may want to change this decision at some point, so I would advise you to just move to a different pin and keep your options open. Also, I'm assuming you're not intending to connect the 1S battery directly to Vin, but to use a boost. If you have the option to boost to 6V or more it is better than 5V, as it will give the USB VBUS line some margin before the Android may decide to drop the connection.
