NO NEED TO SHOUT :) A few things to note:
- Upgrading the firmware of old IOIOs (including the Mint) with IOIO Manager only works in Android < 4.1. In other words, you have to get an OLDER phone for that to work. - You seem to have some misconceptions about how IOIO Manager is supposed to work. Please read this page <https://github.com/ytai/ioio/wiki/The-IOIO-Manager-Application> thoroughly, and write back if you still don't understand how things are supposed to work.
