No.
It is a little confusing. IOIO Manager cannot be used on newer ( >= 4.1)
Android devices, when used for upgrading application firmware for old (v1,
mint) IOIOs. I *can*, however, be used to drive a IOIO to be used as a
programmer for another IOIO on any Android version.
