so I could say "mplayer ~/*.mpg" to play all movies in my home directory.
or maybe even "~/a*.{c*,h}" in my "view file" query to open all C/C++ and
Header-files beginning with an "a" in my home directory (I have modified
ion-view to open files with gvim instead of mailcap).
moreover I wish the "normal run-file" completion could be improved a little
bit. Because when I write "oowr" and press tab it autocompletes to "oowriter"
but then I would like to autocomplete the filename to open with the Tab-key
which is currently not possible.
Moreover I also like the idea of a kind of statusbar on the bottom of Ion.
Apart from that I think Ion is nearly perfect :) (Although the auto-tiling
workspace sound like you've got a new idea which could be very useful)
BTW: Drag'n drop with KDE apps does not work very well. It works sometimes but
more often it doesn't. E.g. try to rearrange the song order in JuK oder to
drag files from the fileview of K3B (cd burn programm) to the list of files
to be burned.
Do other people also have these problems or is it just my configuration?
