I'm not sure I get what you mean by 'scrub the IoTivity code'?

If you're worried about conflicts, they should come out in the 0.9.1-dev
branch reviews.  Additionally, the branch was spawned less than 24 hours
ago now (actually closer to 22), so it shouldn't be that bad as there
can only be a few patches that went in in the meantime.
