Thank you very much for your idea. At first it looked like a possible solution. The CPU-usage is higher with iperf running (from ~6% to ~25%).
But when i run "stress" to throttle up the cpu to 100%, the speed of the copying process is not getting faster. Only with iperf running the files are copied faster... So i am still searching for a solution.
