You can get by without it, but it is nice to have. One of the main reasons I like 3D touch is that I can use it to move the insertion point in text. This is FAR superior to using the magnifier to move over text. As for the size, you get used to the size very quickly. > I'm a Voiceover user and I also use a braille display.
