Hello,
I just got an iphone Se last weekend. I got the phone set up and activated, but an issue I have not been able to solve is setting up my voicemail. When I click on voicemail, it takes me into a screen where I must set up my mailbox. The problem I am having is that when I try to enter my passcode, it seems there's a time limit and because I cannot enter the characters fast enough, after three attempts, I get an error that says that the system cannot process my entpies. I'm set up for standard typing where I have to double tap everything. I do not feel comfortable enough yet to switch to touch typing and split tapping never works. I tried using my braille display, but it won't let me do that either without swiping to each number individually. Therefore, what else can I do? Would it be easier to just get a sighted person to set up my voicemail for me or perhaps go to the Apple store and have them do it? I want people to be able to leave me messages if necessary, but at the rate I'm going, I'll never be able to get it set up. I think doing a two finger double tap to start dictation would not work in this case because I am on a call and that would cause the call to end.
Thank you,
Kelsey Nicolay
