Hello Kelsey, I've never heard of such issue. Especially there being a time 
limit I'm typing in your password. However, you might want to try setting it up 
manually meaning by calling your voicemail, and typing it in that way. There 
should not be a time limit on setting it up that way. And if you want somebody 
to punch the keys for you I don't mind doing so. To do this, we will have to 
perform a three way call. So you would have to call my work number, and then 
you would also have to dial your phone number and then freeway it and then I 
kid help you set it up that way. I don't mind assisting you and I will not 
remember any information you tell me to put in. so that this can be resolved.
