Well, the iPhone certainly supports streaming audio (as evidenced by
SeeqPod, www.seeqpod.com).

Automatic progression through a playlist, however, is not something I've
seen in action. It would seem that if Safari supported an event like
onMediaComplete when QuickTime reached the end of a song/video, that could
be trapped and then the next song/video played.

I've not heard if such an event exists. Anyone else have an idea?

Mike

Subject: IPhone Web-Based Audio Playlists

Does the iPhone support some type of web-based audio playlist? For
instance, an m3u playlist will play music over the web on many
devices. RSS feeds are used for audio playlist for other devices
(such as a PSP).

I have tried the m3u and no dice. I was unable to try the RSS feed
because it requires an active internet connection (to use the mac
reader) which I did not have.

Does anyone know if a web-based audio playlist is supported by the
iPhone?
