Carrying that a bit further the following code is not very elegant but
quickly builds a table with a large number of rows.

If you look at the video of our UI here, mooncatventures.blogspot.com,
the large table of media elements is built with simple code similar to
the above, the smaller resultsets are built interatively from  the xml
returned in the responseXML. string.
