I tried this, and wokrs well

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=*http:%2F%2Fwww.bitchmaps.com%2Frj*

where "http:%2F%2Fwww.bitchmaps.com%2Frj" is the URL-encoded version of
http://bitchmaps.com/rj. (this link redirects to a KML file)
