Has anyone got a work around for passing a URL for the q parameter when opening the maps application on the iphone?
ie. maps://maps.google.com/maps?q=http://www.myurl.com/kml.kml It seems to be ignoring the parameter if a URL is present and opens up the maps app without the search string. However, if I put q=Detroit +MI, then it works.
