I don't really see the point of an iPhone look n' feel instead of the real
desktop website. I assume its users will bought such a device to be able to get
the real internet nope ?

I think that webSITES will want to present their 'desktop' view to the iPad, but some will want to developed webAPPS using technologies like HTML5, WebApp Mode (if it exists on the iPad), UIWebView, PhoneGap, QuickConnect, etc. I've been thinking a little bit about how this might effect future versions of iUI.

If anyone has any PUBLIC information about Safari, UIWebView, and/or WebApp mode on the iPad, please post it here. (Please do not violate your Apple NDA.)
