Hi Corey, Yes, but ipmitool has a function tsol, which is written for the Tyan IPMIv1.5 SMDC to establish serial-over-lan. We have a Tyan IPMIv1.5 SMDC. The ipmi system is setup, and we can remote manage. However, when we use the tsol command, nothing seems to happen: we cannot see the remote terminal, nor does it seems to respond to keyboard commands. Do you (or anyone) have any advice for using the _ipmitool tsol_ command?
