Hi Jason,
Thanks a lot for that input. You are right, I don't have a "agetty ..." entry
for ttyS1 in my inittab. However, just to make sure I'm on the same page before
I try it: the IPMI card is supposed to work even when the linux os is not
running on the host right? (eg if we want to go into BIOS setup) So how much
does the host bmc rely on linux os for the ipmi console redirection?
