Nothing to do: other trials, other failures.
It seems that each way has been explored, both on eth0 end eth1 ifaces:
- setting a third IP for the BMC
- sharing IP with the NIC
- etc. etc.
I'm wondering: is it possible that something is missing from the kernel?
to avoid possible doubts, I activated *all* under IPMI, Hardware
Monitoring Support and I2C.
The unique clues I can report are the following errors:
