It actually turns out one of the systems doesn't - would be helpful if
there was a way for the ipmi start script to tell me or at least put
something in the README, but that said, the other system DOES have ipmi,
at least that's what dmidecode says:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# modprobe ipmi_si
FATAL: Error inserting ipmi_si

No such device
any suggestions on what to do next?
