Hello,

what is # ipmitool sdr list; or # ipmitool sdr list all; telling you?
I have queried Sun/Oracle's
X4170 and X4270m2 and both are showing /SYS/VPS and PSx readings. From
here I get
the Nac Names and then I would query FRUs directly eg. # ipmitool
sensor reading /SYS/VPS;
and stuff this data into RRD.

Text above is just an example for inspiration and doesn't have to
necessarily work for you.

Anyway, try 'sdr list' and you will see, or should see, what sensors
you can query for readings.

Best regards,
Zdenek

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a
definitive record of customers, application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. Business sense. IT sense. Common sense.
