Actually, I'm interested in modifying the project aside of my employer's 
paid
hours. And I even can find the time for doing changes.
I just wanted to know that this work will be needed and won't go to 
emptiness.

There is a couple of patches pending already. And there is a huge one 
which I
haven't submitted yet related to SEL/SDR sensor parsing (which adds support
for correct parsing of VITA/PICMG sensors and sensor events).
And there is a bunch of patches which remove almost all pedantic warnings
(except those which require significant refactoring of the existing code).

I can proceed with their submission any time. But I would prefer not 
stretching
the submission process for months. So, actually, my hope is that there will
be someone who does the review at the project side))
