Don't blame the working group blame me.  I have heard your arguments and
I have heard Jessica's responses.  There is nothing to add.  I think
Jessica's proposal should be moved forward and be left to the market to
make determination if it is useful.  If rfc2260 can be informational so
can this.  Its that simple.  But my point is I don't "have" to respond
to you but CAN TELL the chairs I support this being moved forward.
