I suspect that most people can tell the difference.  I used these words I 
thought were clearer than stateless/statefull as both approaches have 
state.  The important definition from the text is:

>For this requirement, Server-less is defined to mean the DNS information 
>is learned with out any dependence on resources other than are needed 
>(i.e., links, interfaces, routers, and DNS server) to communicate with the 
>DNS server.

It could be changed to something like "third-party-server-less" and 
"third-party-server-based" but that is pretty awkward.
