I'm glad to see interest in generalizing beyond just the point-to-point case.
I'd like to have a solution that allows the requesting router to be more
than one hop away from the prefix delegator. This would be useful for
deploying large scale networks. This isn't a requirement for the isp-home
scenario that needs a solution in the short term, but if the solution chosen
for that is useful for the large network deployment scenario, so much
the better.
