Brian Haberman et als work had that wordage but the other parts are far
from consensus.
What we could do is have Brian reduce to one draft working with Ole a
statement that this will not happen. We need a bit more than trust me
it won't happen.
For those of you that have been around this topic for awhile, the
scoped addressing architecture document grew out of a draft I wrote
on the routing and forwarding aspects of SLs.
Is there consensus to have a standalone doc that talks about those
issues only?
