There is something else about this I meant to contribute as well: Again the short answer is no, but I am opposed to deprecation in this situation, even though I support the idea of not having both public and site-local enabled at the same time. The reason is operational: If someone cross-connects two vlans or puts a cross-over cable between a public and a site-local subnet, and deprecation is enabled, there is a chance of network outage because of this condition.
