   Internet users, or people who make decisions for those
   internet users? I think the "possessiveness" is directly
   related to the desire for stability, so Joe Webpack 
   probably doesn't care too much about this, but his
   employer's IT department cares a whole lot. Also: we
   haven't seen the fully impact of Joe Peerpack
   (esp VoIP), so it's a bit premature to guess,
   I'd think.
