+1 on adopting draft-tjhai-ipsecme-hybrid-qske-ikev2 draft-tjhai-ipsecme-hybrid-qske-ikev2 and draft-ietf-ipsecme-ikev2-intermediate are essential for enabling PQ Key Exchange in IKEv2.
