If your behind a firewall then your using NAT and if your using VPN your using NAT.
BTW- If you enable Client uses NAT on non NAT machines it will not hurt anything. In fact I built a client install package that turns this registry setting on regardless for everyone that installs it. Best to have it on than not. The Blue Question marks means the user has not been verified.
