My people were able to get it installed, then it fatal errored the next time
they launched IM.
Ended up having to manually uninstall all versions from the PC and
installing 1.02.
luckily it was only 40 or so PCs. Could have been much worse.

When I did the update I ensured that everyone was logged out & IMServer was
closed. Performed the upgrade of the IM Server. Rebooted the server.
Started the IM Server and hit the Force Update button.

Less then 3 minutes I received a lot of calls from around the United States.
"Hey I tried to install the new version of the client and it blue-screened
my computer. What the xxx are you guys doing? (win xp)". "Hey.. it stops
downloading at about 90% and hangs my computer (w2k)".

So.. be forever warned.. I would hate to see anyone have to endure the added
stress. MHO "DO NOT PUSH THE BUTTON"
