neither one has really been much help
when it comes to IM.
there are some serious design issues with this piece of
software and I would urge anyone thinking about using
this program to seek an alternative.
imho, the support leaves much to be desired as well.
On the plus side, for the amount of time we ran imail
before we moved to exchange server we were very happy with it.
