If you want to use MPLS, you still need IPv4 core. None of the major vendors
(that I’m aware of) support LDPv6 or VPNv4 with IPv6 next hops ... Of course I
hope someone will jump in and correct me ;)

Subject: IPV6 in the network core and MPLS

I have been trying to find out if we can use MPLS & LDP to setup MPLS VPNS
within our all IPV6 network. Everything I read says no, LDP & MPLS don't
support native IPV6, you have to use 6VPE and IPV4 in the core.

Is this true? PS: We are an all Cisco IOS/NXOS based network.
