Has the format of 1700 KVNS (Brownsville TX) changed recently? Prior to 0800 UTC on 1700 there was Latin music, an announcement in Spanish and then the Mexican national anthem. At around 0820 UTC between spanish style music pieces an announcement in Spanish included "KVNS"
Whenever I have heard it before it has been a news/talk station (in English).
